IICS Developer (Onsite)
We have an immediate need for a direct hire IICS Developer to join an industry-leading building materials and construction products distribution company. The IICS Developer will design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT workflows and data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
Location: Santa Ana, CA (Onsite)
This job expects to pay about $100,000 – 150,000 annually plus benefits.
What You Will Do:
- Develop ETL/ELT processes and workflows using IICS to integrate data from various source systems (e.g., cloud platforms, databases, APIs).
- Responsible for meeting with source System experts to identify the appropriate sources, conduct detailed Source system analysis and processes to create a detailed data analysis report and Gaps analysis.
- Responsible for meeting with Target System experts to identify the appropriate targets, conduct detailed Target system analysis and process to create a detailed data analysis report and Gaps analysis.
- Responsible for Data validation, process tuning and automation of interface / data transfer processes.
- Responsible for design, develop and test application interfaces using various application connectors between B2B applications.
- Responsible for design data warehouse ETL processes using IICS.
- Evaluates the existing landscape and underlying data layers to provide architectural recommendations to meet business requirements.
- Responsible for Data validation, process tuning and automation of data warehouse ETL processes.
- Leads, mentors, and supervises all Business Intelligence, Analytics Application development staff.
What Gets You The Job:
- 4+ years of experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including hands-on experience in Cloud Data Integration, Data Quality, and Cloud Application Integration.
- Proficient in designing and implementing data warehouse and business intelligence solutions using Informatica, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of API behavior, security, and integration, including experience sourcing data via application-delivered APIs.
- Expertise in SAP data integration projects and large database management using SQL Server.
- Advanced SQL proficiency and working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and cloud-based databases.
- Strong practical knowledge of both traditional and agile SDLC methodologies.
- Proficiency in office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations.
